My Practice
I view therapy as a collaborative process. My approach is open, connected, and empathic. Developing a supportive relationship in a safe environment is essential for therapy to be effective. By working together, we can identify challenges, develop insight into situations, and find goal-focused interventions.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining various therapeutic frameworks and research-based interventions, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relational, and family systems theories. This allows me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
